Where is the event?
Overland District 7000 Rossmore Lane, El Dorado Hills CA 95762 (off Vine Street, El Dorado Hills Town Center)
Do we bring our own chairs?
Yes, Low back chairs only in the main grass area – higher chairs must be off to the sides. Blankets OK – but remember not to be a ground hog. If you take up too much space our professional blanket skoothcers will jump into action.
What are the festival hours?
Gates open at Noon (VIP ticket holders get in a half hour earlier to pick their spot and can enjoy the VIP Patio lounge with complimentary light bites and wine/beer tasting from 11:30-1:30). Show starts at 1 PM and is over about 6PM. VIP patio lounge closes at 1:30.
Where do we park?
There are a little over 250 parking spaces at the venue – once these are full a “Lot Full” sign will be placed near the bottom of Rossmore Lane. Additional overflow parking is being made available by our friends at Hills Church on White Rock Road. With a free shuttle generously donated by Red Hawk Resort & Casino. From Town Center take White Rock Road, cross over Latrobe Road and then left on Windfield and a right into the parking lot. Watch for Heart of the Hills Blues Blast Overflow Parking signs. No event parking at Town Center – free shuttle only available at this overflow lot (to and from).
Will there be food and beverages?
Absolutely – we will have 4-5 food trucks and wine and beer for sale (as well as non-alcoholic beverages). In addition, VIP ticket holders will be treated to some complimentary small bites and winetasting in the VIP lounge area for a limited time at the beginning of the event. Drink tickets will be sold for adult beverages. General admission ticket holders can also taste wine between 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm in designated booths around the event ground perimeter.
Is outside food/drink and ice chests allowed? Bag Policy?
NOPE. No outside food or drink and no ice chests. No large bags, backpacks – small purses only. Bags are subject to search.
What if I want to spend the weekend in El Dorado Hills – is there a hotel in area?
Be sure to contact the Holiday Inn Express & Suites – 4360 Town Center Blvd., El Dorado Hills. Mention the festival and save!
Are kids welcome?
While we appreciate and welcome festival-goers of all ages, we want to emphasize that our event is primarily designed for adults. Please be aware that amenities catered specifically to families are limited.
Smoking Policy? NO SMOKING IN GENERAL EVENT GROUNDS.
This is a non-smoking venue.
Are dogs allowed?
Sorry, no dogs (except certified service animals).
What if I can’t find my E-Ticket?
You can call us at (916) 933-1355 and we can resend (but not on event day!) We will have a master manifest list of all ticket holders at the gate alphabetically.
Can I transfer my ticket if I cannot attend?
Sure. Just make sure whoever you give your ticket (s) to has the e-ticket on their phone or a printed copy.
